Suzy obtained her law degree and Master of Public Administration jointly from the University of Victoria. During law school, she competed in the Wilson Moot and published a paper on the life, liberty, and security of person section of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms that has since been cited by multiple parties in appellate proceedings.
