Laésha is formidable and experienced litigation counsel.  Her expertise includes complex commercial disputes as well as regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.  Having previously practiced as enforcement counsel for the BC Securities Commission, as well as counsel at international law firms with a focus on complex cross-border proceedings, Laésha adds significant depth to our firm’s securities litigation practice.

Kelly Ann is a skilled commercial litigator with experience acting for clients on a broad range of commercial disputes.  She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in BC and Alberta.
